For those of you that do not know what gimp is here is a brief description. Gimp is a 100% free program that offers the starving (or shopper savvy) artist a nice powerful tool for creating/coloring beautiful images. There are several different brushes that you can also download to enhance your personal experience.
Here are some video tutorials on the basics of coloring using gimp. Thank you Shadowlight456 for allowing me to post them! They are by far the best I've come across. Hope you enjoy them.
And don't feel bad if things didn't work out the first time you try them! It took me forever to even begin half way understanding gimp. At first I thought it was over rated and that maybe I'd be better off using paint, but people please trust me! This software is worth it!
